Terms
Terms of service
The short version: you buy a file, you get the file, you can use it for your own work, and you cannot resell or share it. The details are below.
Last updated: October 2026
Who you are dealing with
This site and the products on it are sold by Ujjwal Syal, an individual based in New Delhi, India, trading as syalujjwal.com. Contact details and the postal address are on the contact page. By buying or using anything here you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
Products sold here, including The Teardown Playbook, are digital files delivered as a download link on the thank-you page and by email right after payment. Nothing is shipped physically. The price, currency, and contents are stated on the product page before you pay.
Licence: what you may do with it
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the file for your own work, including work you do for your own company or your clients.
You may not:
- share, forward, or post the file, or your download link, to anyone else,
- resell it, bundle it, or give it away as a bonus,
- copy large parts of it into your own product, course, or publication,
- remove the author credit.
The teardowns quote and show marketing published by other companies for the purpose of commentary and teaching. Those brands own their own material.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, for example when a launch price ends. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; I never see your card details. Your bank may add a currency conversion or international transaction fee, which is outside my control.
Refunds
All sales of digital products are final. The full policy, including what I do if a file is broken or never arrives, is on the refund policy page.
No guarantee of results
The products teach how I market my own businesses and what I have seen work. They are education, not a promise. Your results depend on your product, your market, and your execution, and I cannot guarantee any particular outcome, revenue, or number of customers.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business.
Privacy
How I handle your email, name, phone number, and payment details is described on the privacy page.
Changes and governing law
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version in force when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
