Refund policy
Everything sold here is an instant digital download, so all sales are final. If your file is broken or never arrived, I will fix that at no cost.

No refunds on digital products
The Teardown Playbook and any other digital product on this site is delivered the moment payment succeeds, as a download link on the thank-you page and by email. Because the file cannot be returned, I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or partial refunds once a purchase is complete. This includes change of mind, buying by mistake, and not reading the product description first.
To help you decide before you pay, the product page shows real pages from the file, the full list of what is inside, and the exact price.
Cancellations
Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, trials, or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel. An order that is started but never paid is simply dropped.
When I will make it right
You are covered, free of charge, if:
- the payment went through but you never received the file,
- the download link does not work or the file will not open,
- you were charged more than once for the same order.
In those cases I will resend the file, fix the link, or refund the duplicate charge. A duplicate charge is refunded to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.
How to reach me
Email ujjwal@syalujjwal.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. I answer within 2 working days.
